Celebrating Shelby & honoring her journey & transparency in sharing her story...

She shares, “I remember taking my shirt off to take the photo on the left. I was mortified i actually cried. And from that day, i promised myself i would never be in that place again.

I entered my challenge that next day, and i made the commitment to myself to work every day, consistently, to be a better person from that day on.

I lost 15 pounds in my first challenge, an achievement I am beyond proud of.

I remained consistent over the few months following while i was in USA for 3 months. I stepped on the scales this week, having remained the same weight.

I never once restricted myself, I’m all about balance. I worked out hard, but not because it was punishment, because it’s a privilege to.

I ate intuitively, what i felt like and what made me feel good. I cleansed to nourish my body, not deprive it.

It’s time to step into another challenge next week, to continue on my journey of being a fitter, stronger, healthier version of me.

Was this easy for me to share? Absolutely NOT!!!

If i can impact one person from this, to step in to their best self and gain courage and strength, then its worth the struggle to post this.

If i can, you can too!
